Sales Quotes and Delivery Notes: The Complete Sales Chain in MyFixio
Until now you could only raise an Invoice. Now you can send a Quote before you sell, let the customer approve it with no phone calls or paperwork, and issue a Delivery note that pulls real stock — right through to a one-click Invoice.
Invoicing already let you turn a sale into a legal Invoice, but the step before that was missing: quoting before the sale, and handing over goods with a proper Delivery note, without touching the fiscal side just yet. That gap is now closed. The sales Quote and the sales Delivery note complete the sales chain — Quote → Delivery note → Invoice — finished to the same standard you already know from the Invoice: an Odoo-style editor, email and WhatsApp sending, a PDF with your logo, and a chatter holding the full history of every document.
What the sales Quote includes
No-login approval
A public link lets the customer approve or reject the Quote without creating an account — the same pattern already used for repair Quote approval.
Automatic expiry
Choose the validity period (15/30/60/90 days); once it lapses with no reply, the Quote moves to expired by itself.
One-click conversion
Once accepted, convert it straight into an Invoice or a Delivery note without retyping a single line.
The sales Delivery note is the document that actually moves stock — it deducts inventory line by line, claims serialised units atomically so two sales can never end up with the same unit, and if the stock isn't there, it doesn't number or touch anything.
