Organize where each device is physically located
The warehouse system lets you know at all times where each device is: which warehouse, zone, shelving unit, shelf, and slot. Ideal when you're managing many devices at once.
Create warehouses
Add one or more warehouses (e.g., store and storage room) and mark which one is the main one.
Define zones
Within each warehouse, create color-coded zones (Reception, Workshop, Repaired…) to group by status.
Add shelving and shelves
Each shelving unit has shelves with their size category and number of slots, so every device has its place.
Label and locate
Generate QR labels for each location and use the map and search to find any device instantly.
Use the global location search to find a free slot of the right size when storing a new device.
