Organization
Shop details, logo, CIF, address and contact. Essential to generate documents with a letterhead.
Email Server
SMTP, Gmail or Outlook to send quotes, receipts and sign-offs by email.
Taxes
Tax type (IVA, IGIC, IGV...) and rate. Applied automatically to all quotes.
Legal Documents
Warranty texts, disclaimer by device type, service conditions and privacy.
Team
Manage team members: invite new users and assign roles.
Labels
Label format for label printers (50x25mm, Brother DK, Dymo LW...).
Connect the shop's WhatsApp number by scanning the QR to talk to your customers from the app.
Notifications
Adjust the alerts and thresholds (days in the shop, in the warehouse, and estimates without a response).
Failure causes
Manage the failure causes catalog that appears when you register an intake.
Subscription
Check your plan and trial period, and manage your organization's subscription.
Light / dark theme
Change the theme with the button in the top bar. In automatic mode, the app follows the sunlight of your location (light between sunrise and sunset, dark at night), using the browser's geolocation. If you don't grant it, it uses a fixed schedule.
