Client and Technician Ratings

A 1-to-5-star rating calculated automatically by the AI assistant

In addition to the KPI dashboard, MyFixio calculates a 1-to-5-star rating for each customer and, through the chat assistant, for each technician as well. Don't confuse this with the satisfaction rating the customer gives when picking up their device (see the Deliveries section): that measures a single delivery, while this one analyzes the customer's or technician's full history and behavior.

How the customer's rating is calculated

It combines the internal notes written about the customer (the heaviest-weighted factor), how long they take to accept sent quotes, and how long they take to pick up the device after being notified.

Internal notes are the key

Both the notes on the customer's profile and those written inside any of their repairs are analyzed to justify the rating — write them carefully, since they directly affect the final score.

It updates itself

Every time you open a customer's profile, their rating is recalculated in the background and the stars update automatically, with no page reload.

How the technician's rating is calculated

It's based on the average satisfaction of the repairs they've handled, their completion rate, and their average repair time.

Where to check them

A customer's rating shows directly on their profile, next to their name. A technician's rating, for now, can only be obtained by asking the chat assistant — there isn't a dedicated technician profile page yet.

Ask the assistant

Ask the assistant things like "rate this customer" or "how do you rate technician Juan?" and it will reply with the score and a reasoned explanation, always based on real data from your organization.
