Unified inbox
All customer emails appear in /mensajes, organized by conversation and repair.
Unread badge
The unread message counter appears in the side menu and in the header bell.
Automatic sync
Inside the thread it syncs when you open the tab, every minute and when you return to the browser; the global counter updates every ~5 minutes.
Linked to repairs
Each message is linked to the corresponding order number to keep the context.
Immutable history: messages cannot be deleted, to guarantee traceability and transparency of communications with the customer.
