Talk to your customers on WhatsApp without leaving the repair record

In addition to email, you can communicate with your customers on WhatsApp. Each organization links its own number, and conversations are saved and organized by repair, with delivery and read receipts.
Connect your number
In Settings → WhatsApp, scan the QR code with the WhatsApp of the phone you want to use for the shop. The session is saved securely.
Chat by repair
From a repair record, you open the customer's WhatsApp thread and type just like in any chat, emojis included.
Send documents
Share the receipt, the estimate, or the diagnostic report directly over WhatsApp in a single tap.
Delivered and read
You'll see whether each message was sent, delivered, and read, just like in the WhatsApp app.
Use a dedicated number
The connection uses WhatsApp Web (an unofficial channel). To reduce the risk of restrictions, we recommend using a number exclusive to the shop and not sending bulk or unsolicited messages.
