AI Assistant (Chatbot)
Your copilot for looking up and running the shop by talking in natural language

MyFixio includes an AI assistant built into the dashboard (the floating icon at the bottom right) that answers questions about your organization — it never makes up data or sees information from other companies — and can carry out several actions for you. Talk to it in your own language, no commands or special syntax needed: just write to it the way you'd write to a coworker.
Questions about your business
Ask it about revenue, KPIs, active alerts, customers, repairs, pending quotes, inventory, warehouses, your team, or your tax settings — it replies instantly with your real data.
Reports and comparisons
Ask for the full report on a customer or a repair, a ranking of technicians or customers, revenue trends by month, or the most common failure causes.
Reasoned ratings
Ask it to rate a customer or a technician and it will give you a score from 1 to 5 with an explanation based on real data (see "Client and Technician Ratings").
Identify parts from a photo
Upload or take a photo of a part (a screen, a battery…) and the assistant identifies it and checks whether you already have it in your inventory or with your suppliers.
View photos from a repair
Ask it for the photos from a specific repair and it opens them right in the conversation, without leaving the chat.
Send messages to your customers
Draft an email or WhatsApp message for a customer, and only after your explicit confirmation does it send it through your configured channel — it never sends anything without your approval.
Print or save as PDF
Any response formatted as a report (tables, lists) can be printed or saved as a PDF with one click.

Rate its responses
Mark each response with 👍 or 👎 to help us improve the assistant; responses flagged as unhelpful are reviewed and corrected.
It only sees your organization's data
The assistant never accesses information from other companies or makes up data: everything it answers comes from your own database at the moment you ask. For security, the number of messages is limited (60 per hour); if you go over that, you'll need to wait a bit before continuing.
