When you open a repair's detail, you'll find 5 tabs that organize all the process information.
1 · Diagnosis and Work
- Technical diagnosis: description of the root cause of the problem found.
- Work performed: a record of each intervention with technician, duration, and description.
- Internal notes: communication between technicians, visible to the team only.
2 · Photos
- Gallery organized by stage: Check-in, Diagnosis, Repair, and Delivery.
- Upload photos of the device's condition when you receive it to protect the shop against claims.
- Delivery photos document the condition when returning the device to the customer.
3 · Quote
- Create the quote with services and parts (with unit price and automatic VAT).
- Send it to the customer by email and get their approval or decline without phone calls.
- Download the quote PDF to print or file.
4 · History
- Chronological record of all status changes with date, time, and user.
- Optional notes on each change to leave context for the team.
- Complete traceability for audits or customer claims.
5 · Communications
- Message thread with the customer linked to this repair.
- Emails the customer replies to arrive here automatically.
- Unread messages are marked with a colored indicator on the tab.
