Deliveries
Return process and sign-off signature
When a repair moves to the Awaiting Pickup status, it appears in the deliveries section. When handing over the device, the customer signs the sign-off form from any device.
Notify the customer
When moving to "Repaired", an automatic email is sent letting them know the device is ready for pickup.
Sign-off signature
The customer signs digitally on the computer screen or from their cell phone, along with their name and ID document.
Service rating (optional)
A 1 to 5 star score on satisfaction. It is optional: it does not block the delivery.
Delivered + sign-off by email
The repair moves to "Delivered" and, if the customer has email, the sign-off sheet is sent as a PDF (it can be resent from the record).
