Catalogs are reusable lists that speed up your day-to-day. The most important one is the failure causes catalog, which appears when you register an intake.
Failure causes
Catalog of causes by category (hardware, software, network, power, screen, other) to classify each repair.
Filtered by device
Each cause is associated with the device types where it applies, so you only see the relevant ones.
Reusable
By always using the same causes, the reports and statistics by failure type are reliable and comparable.
