Daily Report
An AI-generated daily report on your business health, with recommendations to cut friction with your customers
Every day, MyFixIO automatically generates a report on your shop's situation, together with concrete recommendations to reduce friction with your customers, based on rejected quotes, delivery satisfaction, and how your customers and suppliers are scored. There's nothing to request or configure: the "Daily Report" link is always in the sidebar, between Dashboard and Board, and it's available to every organization, with no plan restriction.
Welcome report
The first report you see is never an ordinary one: as soon as you set up your organization, MyFixIO automatically generates a welcome report with an onboarding message, an explanation of what the daily report is, and a list of first steps (adding your first customer and device, inviting your team, setting up your tax details, checking the warehouses created by default). Since there's no business data yet, this report doesn't carry a star rating.
Dashboard summary
A compact card on your Dashboard shows, at a glance, today's situation and the most urgent recommendation, with a direct link to the full report.
Full page with business health score
The Daily Report page brings together a detailed account of your shop's situation, a 1-to-5-star business health score, all recommendations grouped by priority, two charts, and the at-risk-customers and problematic-suppliers tables.
History and trend
Browse every report ever generated in a filterable list by date, type, and health status, with KPI cards for the last 30 days and a chart of your score's evolution.
Download as PDF
Download today's report as a PDF with one click, ready to print or share with your team.
Written in your language
Whether it's written by AI or falls back to the template, the report is always drafted in your organization's configured language — never a fixed one.

Business health: 1 to 5 stars
Every daily report (not the welcome one) includes a 1-to-5-star score that sums up, at a glance, how well your shop is doing. Unlike customer and technician ratings (see the Client and Technician Ratings section), which the AI reasons through, this score isn't decided by any language model: it comes from comparing four objective KPIs for the day against fixed thresholds.
100% deterministic, no AI involved
Business health is always calculated by the same code, from real data in your organization — it's never written or decided by an AI model. It's auditable: the same day, with the same data, always produces the same score. You can trust it even if you don't have any AI provider configured.
Completion rate
What share of your repairs are closing out successfully.
Delivery satisfaction
The average rating your customers leave when they pick up their device.
At-risk customers
How many customers have rejected a quote, rated a delivery poorly, or have a low rating in recent days.
Problematic suppliers
How many suppliers are slow to respond to an RMA, reject too many returns, or have a low rating.
If your organization doesn't have enough activity yet (as in the welcome report), the report shows no score rather than making one up.
Health status by score
Recommendations by priority
The report proposes up to 5 concrete, actionable recommendations to reduce friction with your customers, each color-coded by priority: high (urgent), medium, or low. They're always shown ordered from most to least urgent, both in the Dashboard widget and on the full page.

Report lifecycle
