How to set up email
Organisation
Shop details, logo, CIF, address and contact. Essential to generate documents with a letterhead.
Email Server
SMTP, Gmail or Outlook to send quotes, receipts and sign-offs by email.
Taxes
The tax name and rate (VAT, IGIC, IGV...) are filled in automatically based on your organisation's country, with regional exceptions (e.g. the Canary Islands) and a custom rate option. Applied automatically to all quotes.
Legal Documents
Four editable texts with a «restore default» button: warranty (with a selectable number of months), disclaimer, service terms and privacy policy — used in the PDFs and at intake.
Team
Manage team members: invite new users and assign roles. When you hit your plan's technician limit, the card is disabled and offers to change plan instead of inviting.
Labels
Preset formats for label printers (50x25mm, Brother DK, Dymo LW...) or your own, with a QR code, order number and multi-label A4 sheets.
Connect the shop's WhatsApp number by scanning the QR to talk to your customers from the app. Only appears in this menu if your organisation has WhatsApp enabled.
Notifications
Adjust the alerts and thresholds (days in the shop, in the warehouse and quotes without a response).
Failure causes
Manage the failure causes catalogue that appears when you register an intake.
Subscription
Check your plan and trial period, and manage your organisation's subscription.
Light / dark theme
Change the theme with the button in the top bar. In automatic mode, the app follows the sunlight of your location (light between sunrise and sunset, dark at night), using the browser's geolocation. If you don't grant it, it uses a fixed schedule.
