MyFixIO adapts to your language and your country's tax rules
The application is ready to work in 19 languages and adapt to the tax rules of 44 countries: taxes, currency and legal texts adjust themselves depending on where you operate.
Multi-language
Flag selector in the panel header, with all 19 supported languages (English, Spanish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, French, German, Italian and more). The change is instant and remembered on your next visit.
Taxes by country
Your organisation's tax country determines the tax applied on quotes and documents (VAT, IGV, ITBIS…), from among 44 supported countries. If the country has regional exceptions — such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain, or Madeira and the Azores in Portugal —, MyFixIO detects them automatically from the postcode.
Custom rate
From Settings → Taxes you can choose the tax country and, if applicable, the region with an exception, or turn on a manual rate with whichever name and amount you need when the country's standard doesn't fit your case.
Locally formatted currency
The currency symbol on quotes, repairs and PDFs (GBP, EUR, USD…) is worked out automatically from the tax country, with thousands and decimal separators matching that currency's language — no need to set it up separately.
Legal texts editable by country
The warranty, liability disclaimer, terms and privacy texts cite your country's actual legislation (UK GDPR, Consumer Rights Act, local consumer laws…) and are edited from Settings → Documents, with a button to restore each one to its default. The warranty period in months is a separate setting (3 months by default) — it doesn't depend on the country.
