Your catalogue of labour and services with prices
Services are the work you charge for (labour, installation, diagnostics, setup…). By keeping them in a catalogue with their price, adding them to a quote is a single click and always at the same amount.
Catalogue with fixed categories
Add each service with a name, code, category (Labour, Setup, Installation, Diagnosis or Other — a fixed dropdown, not free text) and sale price (excluding VAT). They can be searched and filtered.
Straight to the quote
When creating a quote, you pick services from the catalogue and the total is calculated automatically.
With optional supplier
If a service is provided by a third party, you can link it to an existing supplier or create a new one without leaving the form.
Sale price only
Unlike parts, a service has no cost price — you only set the sale price, because labour has no «supplier cost» to record.
Deleting means archiving
As with parts, customers or devices, deleting a service just deactivates it (it isn't truly erased) — it stops appearing in the catalogue but doesn't break quotes where it was already used.
