Getting Started
Initial shop setup
The first time you sign in, a 7-step wizard guides you through getting MyFixio ready to operate. It's mandatory until you save your company's CIF/NIF — until then it can't be closed. After that you can skip steps, close it, or tick «don't show again», and finish everything whenever you like from Settings.
1 · Welcome
Trial period information. If you open it on mobile, it lets you know and gives you the choice of continuing there or doing it from a computer.
2 · Company Details
Trading name, CIF/NIF, email, and phone (required), full address (the postcode auto-fills the town/city), logo, and digital signature/stamp.
3 · Mail Server
Choose between generic SMTP, Gmail, or Outlook (with an app password) and test the connection before saving. Can be set up later.
4 · Taxes
Choose your country from more than 40 supported; the default tax is pre-filled (VAT, IGV...). If your country has regional exceptions (e.g. IGIC in the Canary Islands) you can pick them, or set a custom rate. Can be set up later.
5 · Legal Documents
Warranty (with the number of months), check-in disclaimer, terms of service, and privacy policy — all with an editable default text and a reset button. Can be set up later.
6 · Everything else lives in Settings
An informational step: it points out where everything is — company details, logo and documents, mail server, taxes, legal texts, team and users, notifications, and subscription.
7 · Done
The system is set up. Get started by registering your first repair.
Until you save the CIF/NIF in step 2, the wizard has neither a close button nor a «don't show again» checkbox — it can't be skipped entirely. As soon as you save it, both appear.
