Dashboard

Real-time overview of the shop

The dashboard is the panel's home page: it gives a real-time view of the whole shop, from active repairs and revenue to warehouse occupancy and where your customers are. Data is recalculated automatically every 60 seconds while the tab is open, so there's no need to refresh the page manually.

Main indicators

Active repairs

Devices currently in progress in the shop: waiting, diagnosis, in repair, or waiting for parts. The subtitle shows how many came in today.

Ready for pickup

Finished repairs waiting for the customer to come and collect them.

Alerts

Repairs that have been in the shop or warehouse for longer than they should and need attention. Thresholds are set in Settings → Alerts.

Total repairs

The complete history of every order registered in the shop, with direct access to the list.

Revenue this month

Total value of quotes for repairs delivered during the current month.

Average ticket

Average amount per repair delivered this month: this month's revenue divided by the number of deliveries.

Warehouse capacity

Percentage of occupied slots on warehouse shelves. Shown in red if it goes over 80% occupancy, with a link to the warehouse map.

Average repair time

Average number of days between a device coming in and being delivered to the customer.

Map and service quality

Customer zone map

Plots customers with repairs from the chosen period (this month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or the whole history) geographically, grouped in clusters. A central marker shows the shop's address, and it can be expanded to full screen.

Completion rate

Percentage of repairs already finished (delivered, cancelled, or irreparable) that have also been delivered to the customer.

Quote approval rate

Percentage of quotes accepted versus rejected, along with the number of quotes still awaiting a response.

Bottlenecks

A summary of what's currently holding the shop back: repairs waiting for parts, quotes without a response, and active alerts.

Analysis and lists

Top repaired devices

The device types most repaired in the shop (mobile phone, laptop, computer...), compared in bars.

Priority breakdown

Active repairs split by urgency level: urgent, high, normal, or low.

Repairs in the last 30 days

A chart of daily check-ins over the last month, with one line per device type.

Activity over the last year

A heatmap of daily check-in activity over the last 365 days, similar to GitHub's contribution graph.

Breakdown by status

Active repairs grouped by their current status; each row links to the repair list filtered by that status.

Pending pickup

Finished repairs that have been waiting longest for the customer to come and collect them.

Latest check-ins

The 5 most recent repairs, with a quick-actions menu to view the full record or change the status without leaving the dashboard.

Data is recalculated automatically every 60 seconds while the browser tab is visible; there's no need to refresh the page manually.

From the three-dot menu on each repair in "Latest check-ins" you can change the status directly, without needing to open the full record.
